Front of House Shift Leader
Requirements:
- Open availability
- Desire to coach, train, and invest in our team
- Passionate about developing leadership characteristics
Responsibilities:
§ Completes daily line-up, runs breaks, oversees position rotation
§ Proactively manages labor costs
§ Constantly coaches to Chick-fil-A requirements
§ Ensures completion of checklists
§ Performs hourly walk through of restaurant - Inspect cleanliness of restaurant, parking lot and landscaping from the customer’s perspective – make necessary assignments to team members to address any issues
- Oversees all pick up catering orders, ensure each guest is assisted out to vehicle
- Performs all money duties
§ Addresses and documents any attendance, uniform, or policy infraction in closing report
- Completes closing report, Inform, and any necessary Crew communication
- Actively participates in monthly FOH meeting and communicates goals to team
